Sesiones Inquieto — Membership Terms
Last updated: 13 September 2026
1. Who you are buying from
DavIsa Group LLC is the seller of record for Sesiones Inquieto. DavIsa Group LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company operating from Oregon. You can reach us at contact@theinquieto.com.
1-bis. What these terms cover
These terms are an agreement between you and DavIsa Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating from Oregon. They govern the sites, member areas and checkouts listed below — not only the page you are reading now.
Covered properties: theinquieto.com · asset.theinquieto.com · numeros.theinquieto.com · pagina.theinquieto.com · podcast.theinquieto.com · sesiones.theinquieto.com · shop.theinquieto.com · sesionesinquieto.com · corilloinquieto.com
We keep this list current. Adding a property is a dated update to these terms, not a silent change.
2. Titles and memberships are different things
Sesiones Inquieto has two kinds of thing, and they are not the same.
A membership is paid access — La Mesa or Productor Inquieto — and it continues only while it is paid for.
A title is recognition. Productor Fundador, and your numbered seat, are permanent. They do not expire, they do not depend on renewing anything, and losing access to a membership does not take your title away.
Because these are separate, a plan that renews is never described as a lifetime title, and a permanent title never implies permanent access.
3. What membership is not
Membership does not give you ownership, equity, voting rights in the company, governance rights, partnership, investment, profit-sharing, or any other interest in DavIsa Group LLC. Membership payments buy membership access and benefits. They are not charitable donations and they are not tax-deductible.
4. Prices and renewals
Productor Inquieto is 5 dollars per month or 50 dollars per year. La Mesa is 15 dollars per month or 150 dollars per year. Both renew automatically until you turn auto-renew off in your account. You can cancel online at any time, in the same place you signed up. Before any yearly renewal, we email you in advance.
Productor Fundador renews at 150 dollars per year. Founding seats pay a reduced rate on the first payment only; the amount is shown at checkout before you pay. After the first year the price is 150 dollars per year. It renews automatically each year until you turn auto-renew off in your account. Before any yearly renewal, we email you in advance, and you can cancel online at any time, in the same place you signed up. Your Productor Fundador title and numbered seat are permanent and do not depend on renewing — see section 2.
Familia de por Vida is 600 dollars, once. It does not renew and there are no future charges.
5. Refunds
If you cancel a yearly membership, we refund the unused part of the year you paid for, worked out day by day. We do not deduct payment-processing fees from your refund.
If a payment fails and your membership ends that way, no refund is due — you have already had the time you paid for. We will email you first and give you a grace period to fix it.
Founding contributions are refundable in full for 14 days from purchase, or until 15 October 2026, whichever comes first. After that they are committed to the project and cannot be returned.
Familia de por Vida gives you access to La Mesa for as long as the Sesiones Inquieto programme runs, and we are committing to at least five years. If we end the programme sooner, we refund the part you paid for and did not get.
6. Sesiones Inquieto and the Ghana journey
In October, Angel Cardona travels to Ghana as a participant in a storytelling programme created and run by other people. El Encuentro is the Sesiones Inquieto story built around that journey.
That programme is its organizers' work and Sesiones Inquieto is a guest in it. We do not run it, we are not renaming it, and we make no promises on the organizers' behalf. Nobody in Ghana owes our members a story, a photograph or a thank-you.
7. What you share with us
If you contribute writing, art, photographs or audio to Desde el Corillo, it stays yours. You are giving us permission to include it in the book, to print and carry it, and to show it in Sesiones member content. Nothing more.
We may transcribe, translate, format and correct spelling. We will not rewrite your voice.
Other members will read your contribution — the community chooses together what goes in the book. If you ask to be anonymous, your name is removed before anyone else sees it.
You must be 18 or older to contribute. Please do not send photographs of children.
You can withdraw a contribution any time before submissions close on 10 October 2026 at 23:59 Pacific. After that the book goes to layout and print, and once it is printed it cannot be changed.
Not everything will be included. We may decline, cut or hold anything, including something the community voted for, and we will say when we do.
8. What members decide
Members have a say in what we make together. Members do not have a say in how the company is run.
That means voting on what goes into the book and how it looks. It is not a shareholder vote, a board vote, or any right in DavIsa Group LLC.
9. Your account
Keep your contact and payment details current. Memberships are personal to you and may not be shared, resold or transferred without our written permission.
10. Corillo Inquieto
Corillo Inquieto is a company-funded community assistance program operated by DavIsa Group LLC. It is not a nonprofit or charitable organization, does not accept public charitable donations under the current program, and does not issue charitable tax receipts. Members are not donors. The money allocated to Corillo is the company's own — what changes between the two models below is how the amount is calculated, not whose money it is. Assistance is discretionary, subject to program eligibility rules and available company-allocated funds, and is not guaranteed. Recipient identities remain private unless a recipient separately consents to publication.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing your membership after that date means you accept the update; if you would rather not, you can cancel.
12. Language and governing law
These terms are written in English. We may publish a Spanish translation for convenience, and we will try to make it faithful, but the English version is the one that governs if the two ever differ.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
