1. Who we are
DavIsa Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating from Oregon, runs Sesiones Inquieto. Questions about your information go to contact@theinquieto.com.
2. What we collect
When you join: your name, your email address, your billing address and your payment history. We do not hold your full card number — our payment processor does.
When you use the site: your IP address, your browser and device type, and the pages you visit. This comes from ordinary web-server activity and from the security and error-reporting tools listed below.
When you contribute to the book: whatever you choose to send us — writing, images, audio — and how you asked to be credited.
3. Why we hold it
To give you the membership you paid for. To take payment and keep the financial records we are legally required to keep. To keep the site working and to stop fraud and abuse. To send you things about your membership.
4. Who else touches it
We use other companies to run parts of this service. Each of them only gets what it needs.
Memberful — runs memberships, accounts and checkout.
Stripe — processes payments and holds card details.
Cloudflare — serves and protects the site, including the Turnstile check that tells humans from bots.
Rollbar — records technical errors so we can fix them, which includes basic browser and connection information.
Kit — sends email to people who have asked for it.
Airtable — where we keep our own records of members and contributions.
Lovable and Supabase — host La Página, where contributions are submitted and stored.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
5. Cookies and similar tools
We use cookies that are needed for the site to work — keeping you signed in, keeping checkout working, and running the security check that blocks bots. If we ever add analytics that track you across visits, we will say so here first and ask where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your membership information while you are a member.
After that, we keep what we must: payment and transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to hold them, which is a matter of years rather than months. Everything else we delete or anonymise once it no longer has a purpose.
Contributions that are not selected for the book are deleted after the book is finished. Contributions that are printed are, by their nature, permanent.
7. Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@theinquieto.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Deleting your information may end your membership, because we cannot run an account with nothing in it.
You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message.
8. Anonymity in the book
If you contribute anonymously, your name is removed from the record when we receive it, not when the book is printed. Other members reviewing contributions do not see it either.
9. Children
Sesiones Inquieto is for adults. You must be 18 or older to join or to contribute. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we ask members not to send photographs of children. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to contact@theinquieto.com and we will remove it.
10. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell members by email before it takes effect.
